Ratings and reviews

As an RN this is an excellent clinical resource. The UI is well designed, which makes it easy to navigate through the app efficiently. As an example: being able to pull up a drug monograph and navigate to the dosing guidelines in 10-15 seconds to verify an ordered dosage is correct makes me a faster, safer, and more competent nurse when I am caring for patients.

Uptodate is rapidly becoming outdated. It simply takes too long to find clinical answers. Their failure to adapt AI has led me to use other platforms. The information is great but I feel like I'm thumbing through an encyclopedia. Even their advertisement about a patient who was bitten by a squirrel, ironically, shows the laborious process of actually finding the clinical answer of rabies prophylaxis. AI platforms now have this answer instantly.

Very laborious to find answers during an emergency. So I'm using open evidence instead, which is way faster and to the point.
