My only gripe is the start up customization where it asks about your environment and activities, it only allows one selection for each category. Personally I think it should allow for at least up to 3 boxes checked. Here in saskatchewan Canada temps can range from +45°C to -60°C, The majority of citizens spend a good portion of their life in both urban AND rural settings, family careers and hobbies alike. The selection ability is quite restrictive, but content is great!

Very few step-by-step situations. I tried to look what to do for a burn. Nothing. I went to the app as a reflex for accurate information, ended up losing time and going to Google instead.

Definitely a liability in an emergency. It's not at all clear what is information and what is just "learning" noise. Why does it need to be gamified? The only positive is that in my brief test it seemed to work offline. Though, couldn't find anything for "broken bone"
