About this app

The KOVnet Ouderapp offers your childcare the following:

In the notebook, the leaders regularly write messages about your child's day and you can do it yourself - leave a comment. Some shelter locations also take nice photos that you can view here and of course you can download. If your location uses the notebook, you have the option to download the notebook.

Via the app you can request a change if you want to exchange a day or request an extra day or a day off. As soon as your request has been processed, you will receive the response directly in the app.

If your child is ill, or if something else intervenes that prevents you from bringing your child to daycare, you can easily deregister your child.

All invoices and annual overviews and newsletters can be found here and can be viewed and downloaded immediately.

Your childcare can also use a chat function so that you as a parent can chat 1 on 1 with the group.

Ratings and reviews

While its functional its a dinosaur app, its hard to navigate, not clear which button are active or not, the UX is bad. Many times i missed information cause this poor navigation. No translation feature and cannot copy paste any text to try move it to Google Translate either.

Very buggy. Keeps on crashing. Cannot update properly. I cannot access the chat since last week.

What a useless app. I'd like to report my child sick, honestly, it is impossible to find out how. The website is not much better. Unclear instructions and bad interface
