My Skin MC gives patients access to a selection of the data that is known to us. By means of this app you can view this data in a safe and easy way.
You can also contribute to your own treatment process by completing questionnaires. The results of these questionnaires provide insight into the course of the disease and the effect of the treatment. The results can be viewed directly for you and your therapist.
Furthermore, in your medical file you will only see medical data added to your file after 1 January 2018. Data for this date can be seen by your doctor and treatment team.
