this app really is pretty much of a hot mess! the tours are poorly designed and do not flow progressively. There are numerous pieces with codes that do not work. The 'see other image' feature does not work (when prompted by the audio). Worst of all, the app crashes CONSTANTLY requiring a reboot. In addition to this terrible app, the museum itself - albeit with a fantastic collection - is fraught with lighting issues which cast shadows and reflections on the majority of the pieces. Big bummer!

"something went wrong" error all the time. Unable to listen to audio recordings, which is especially annoying since the artworks do not have any details written next to them in the exhibits.

Constantly crashes, shuts down if phone gets locked thus you have to keep the screen on. Bad navigation UX, some audio wont play when play button is clicked.
