FLEXIBLE SHAREPOINT APP
Through the QM365 App, users/employees can record incidents, deviations, improvement proposals, measurements, safety inspections, job safety analysis, car pickups, services, inspections, or any other desired registration from the mobile phone. Once finalized, a notification may be sent to a responsible/manager. 
APP DESIGN TOOL
The QM365 app requires an installation of the "QM365 App tool" on your SharePoint server (online or On prem). With this installation follows a design tool for creating functional-rich and user-friendly forms based on each SharePoint list. This setup is required to use the QM365 App.
EASY SIGN-UP WITH THE APP 
To sign up, your QM365 supplier will provide profile ID's. The users log in with their Microsoft account and the given sign-in method the organization has chosen.
REGISTRATION OF NONCONFORMITIES, EVENTS, CHECKLISTS ETC.
In many companies, employees work out of the office or in areas where no PCs are available. The QM365 App gives them a user-friendly, quick, and easy way to fill in any forms needed in the company’s SharePoint database or read important documentation/procedures.
REPORTS AND INFORMATION ACCESS
The user also has access to My Page in the App that shows the employee's cases and actions from the non-conformity system.
FLEXIBLE
The App is flexible and can be set up to enter data in all areas of our systems. Through customization, the App can also contain forms and checklists such as a safety roundtable or Safety inspections. The user may easily add pictures, files and even videos. If desired tag messages with GPS location. Some data may be registered offline.
