Features and improvements:

- It is now possible to update card data by pulling down the list on the "Cards" page. Card data is also automatically updated in the background.
- Various improvements.

Bug fixes:

- Distance to site would display as "-1000 m" if app was not allowed to access device location.
- Could not correctly start navigation when app language was other than English.
- Tapping "Licenses" on the "More" page would cause the app to crash.
