I believe that this type of application should ideally encompass all necessary features in a concise format, allowing users to easily access information regarding their case progress, relevant documents, and guidance for each stage of the process. This would be particularly beneficial for individuals from other countries who may be unfamiliar with local procedures or required documentation. It would also be advantageous if appointments could be scheduled directly within the application,

When you opened the app for the first time, it asked you to change notification settings in phone, but you can't do that, because app automatically turn off notifications. If you can't change notification settings, you can't get further.
