Edited.. continues to log out, reduced to 1 star. Really poor experience, I wish I didn't have to use this app. I find the whole IA very confusing, messages and posts appear in various places but no clear understanding of where to find things. Calendars and events never seem clear. Major problems with the app silently logging me out (after updates maybe?), which means I don't know that I am missing updates from school. Please fix the log out problem.

App easy to use, and it shows all I need to know about my child and their school. Finance is great to see integrated into this, too, so I can see at a click of what I owe and can pay instantly. The ability to track my child's learning is awesome. Setting up so I can access was a breeze as I keep the school up-to-date with all my contact details, etc..

Terrible App. Terrible customer service! There's no customer helpline or key contact for the end user. Have to go through your child's school to log issues. Done this multiple times, very time-consuming & still no resolve. Despite asking to deal with Hero directly, they denied my request. It's such a simple login issue, but no solution. Very disappointed.
