Sky My Account allows you to stay in control of your Sky TV Box and Broadband services and its free to download for Sky customers.

Key Features:
- Check your account balance and pay your bills
- Set up your direct debit or credit card
- Review and edit your account details
- add more Packages, Channels, Sky Arena and Sky Box Office
- if you are a sky Broadband customer you can run a variety of network tests and diagnostics which allows you to share the results with our NZ-based Sky Crew for the team to help solve any network issues
- chat online with the NZ-based Sky Crew

You have to be a Sky customer to use the Sky My Account app and its Free to download.

The only thing worse than this app is their customer service. Made a payment. Crashed. Logged in again. Amount outstanding still the same. Made payment. Crashed again. Logged into website. Payment was made twice. Called to request refund. Told it would take 3 weeks! After making me pay penalties for late payment??? Cancelled all my services with sky. Was told I have to give 30 days' notice! Last time you'll ever see me.

One day the app decided to log me out completely and I can no longer log in, even after resetting password, uninstall and reinstalling the app. Contacted their customer service team and after 3 emails and 3 weeks finally got a reply telling me to change my password. Emailed back to say I had already stated I had done that previously, did it again and still not working. Still waiting for a reply as to why it is not working - 2 weeks and counting...

Hey, Rebecca, sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with My Account, sometimes clearing the data and cache for My Account can get you back up and working.

Pretty cunning to allow you to add monthly packages via the app and not terminate them without calling in. Doesn't make sense if it's that easy to add a package it should be just as easy to pause.
