This app is so bad, i can't even login my account. It always says "Network timeout, please check your network connection". My internet connection is great but it still says that, even after unistalling and reinstalling the app doesn't fix the problem. Like what's the point of making us create an account if we couldn't even log in? Most useless app >'veseen so far

It should've been zero if there's an option for that. I can't log in due to "network issue" even though my internet connection is good and stable. And every time I open the app I would need to log in and even when I'm already logged in, there's nothing much to see aside from my ecard. This feels like a scam DO BETTER. I'm not sure if this ratings and review would even matter seeing that you're at 1 star but still having the same issue for fcks sake

I have to say. I am not impressed. You have to relogin every time you use the App. At least have biometrics support to make it easier? It's already frustrating enough to type on a small screen with a small keyboard for log-in details. Apart from the card registration being easy, there's not much features that are noteworthy or useful. And here I thought Intellicare's Agora App was bad, I didn't think I'd see something worse. Sadly there aren't any alternatives so no choice but to use it.
