I do not recommend this app. I ordered food here and I had no idea if the food was going to arrive or not. Before ordering food, you get to select which branch you want. After checking out, the branch shown was not the one I selected. Cancelling your order is not an option. App crashes when you press the Contact us button. The order status is not accurate. Mine said Completed even before it arrived.

Sh*tty app. It took 30 mins for my order to JUST move from the processing to preparing stage. No updates on the order, a single contact number is provoded but cannot be contacted , and waited more than an hour to receive my order (branch for delivery is less than 3km away). They book a 3rd party for delivery but get the address wrong. Also there is no cancel option, even if it takes 30 mins just to process order. Please improve the app, update the contact info and make an effort to update.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! We ordered at 6pm on Sunday, Waltermart Sta. Rosa Branch and expecting it would arrive as scheduled paid already via Maya app. Order haven't arrived yet after almost 2hours. No cancellation button on app or even refund. According to customer service, they're still looking for a rider. We are just 1km away from this store and they haven't arrived yet. I advise do not use this app for ordering.
