Great app very helpful and easy to use but the process is too slow I have submitted an application to convert copy (old) to card license but it is still stuck in SO Arms having more than 30 days and still didn't proceed for further process. Also there is no contact number or email for complaints and suggestions.

Its such a great initiative by KP ITBoard. The issue is wiyh concerned departments. They are slowing the whole process by unnecessary delays in approvals. Some applications r ending for months. There should be a feedback button also to register complaints or feedback. Thanks.

Urgent Suggestion: Sadly, it has been observed that Arms Branch at Civil Secretariat is NOT printing cards under pretext of stationery shortages and other fabricated issues. To resolve the issue, it is proposed to generate pdf file or jpg images of the front and back sides of arms license card, so that we should print it from printing shops, just like we have COVID certification cards. Thanks!
