I am extremely disappointed with the CFC KP app. I was unable to receive the OTP required for logging in, and as a result, the app did not process my request at all. This issue has rendered the app completely unusable for me. It's frustrating to face such basic functionality problems, and there's been no resolution or support offered. I hope they address these issues soon.

Extremely frustrating experience! I have been trying to register on this app for the past 3 days, but it continuously throws errors like "Something went wrong" every single time. It feels like a completely broken and useless app. Fix your registration process and servers immediately!

Mid. The app did the job but there are so many things that could be improved! 1.While applying for a new domicile, they should be more accurate as to what they need for us to type in a certain input field. e.g. Instead of correctly writing "Domicilee CNIC", they wrote "Domicile CNIC". 2.The max. file upload size was 512kb. It should at least be 1 MB 3.There was a glitch within the app where when I applied for the domicile, they said "no CNIC record found" or something like that.HadToReapply!
