The Uber-like credit card payment would be nice if the drivers and
dispatchers knew what it was about, I was charged twice for the ride and
when I called the dispatch they didn't know what I was talking about and
gave me a number to their IT guy.

Yes, we remember this case. Payment was made twice – by the application and the driver. The amount has been refunded. We were learning new payment methods back then 🙂 We apologize for this and we will make sure that it does not happen again. Regards!
