The eCMR platform is an integrated system that allows you to instantly introduce electronic waybills in your company.
The eCMR mobile application is aimed at drivers working in transport companies. The eCMR application speeds up the process of order fulfillment, enables navigation and facilitates the completion of formalities related to the loading and unloading of goods.
Thanks to eCMR, the driver can see all transport orders assigned to him, he can navigate to a given location and easily report the loading or unloading process. Moreover, all formalities related to the completion of CMR consignment notes, such as making comments and signing the receipt, are carried out electronically.
The electronic form of the eCMR consignment note significantly speeds up the process of document and information circulation in the company. Moreover, eCMR also speeds up the payment process by the payer.
The eCMR Electronic Waybill is a fully fledged document that includes biometric signatures, GPS tags and time stamps. This information constitutes indisputable evidence of proper execution of the order.
In addition to the eCMR mobile application, the eCMR.pl web platform is also available, dedicated to dispatchers. This platform allows you to easily manage transport orders and all aspects of the dispatcher's work. Thanks to eCMR.pl, the dispatcher can manage the fleet, employees, contractors and their addresses. What's more, the dispatcher can create complex transport orders, assign them to drivers and keep track of all aspects of their implementation.

How to get the driver code?
Drivers: Your driver code may have already been generated and sent via SMS - check your phone's inbox. If you do not have the code, please ask your freight dispatcher to generate it.
Dispatchers: To generate a new code, add a driver profile in the eCMR.pl system, supplementing it with the phone number on which the application is installed. The driver code will be sent via SMS to the provided number.

What is the driver code?
The driver code is a unique number by means of which the eCMR.pl system pairs the mobile application (for the driver) with the online platform (for the dispatcher). Each driver code is assigned to a specific profile in the system. When the driver logs into the application, the system identifies his phone and allows him to carry out transport orders assigned to his profile.
Each time you log out of the mobile application, the system generates a new driver code and informs him about it by sending an SMS.
