Using for more than a year. Very often, the application doesn't work, either can't login (message "try later") or can't top up account..

2 years from my last reviewer and the problems with app haven't changed at all - constant problems with password, app forces me to change it, than it doesn't work, loading takes ages, then they do update and literally nothing works. Urge you to reload your credit, once your do that, app doesn't load so you cannot pay at store. Really terrible and frustrating app 😀

It constantly DOES NOT work. Just today I was about to pay a coffee and guess what. The app was functional enough to reload 20 bucks but not functional enough to show me the card and balance so I could pay. Also I just noticed it charged me twice because of an error! If they just did stars collecting with codes without the need to pay through the app they would do better. It's always something with this app. I'm done.
