I have nothing bad to say about the courses, but the app is bad. One of it's basic functions (for me) is being able to watch course videos when I'm in transit or offline. But downloading them simple doesn't work most of the time. I can have a whole course downloaded, the moment I loose my internet connection the videos don't start, just keep loading endlessly. Fix it and I will change my rating.

If you intend to use it to download all videos and use offline, then it works great. Unfortunately, I bought a course which is mostly tests. They can't be downloaded. I can't get to them with the internet on, because after selecting the course it just loads forever - impossible to change the lecture. Many times I have to force stop the app and restart, just to let it load the course I want (this "solution" doesn't always work). It doesn't save the progress made offline.

The instructors that post to this platform do good work. Platform support is disappointing. My wife accidentally bought a subscription on my account that was meant for her account. Udemy refused to transfer the account and refused to issue a refund "unless required by law" so she could buy the subscription on her account. I'm not angry, I'm incredibly disappointed. This could have been resolved easily, instead they've gotten their last dollar from us.
