I wanted to replace the Samsung stock memo app and found the Zoho Notebook and after a couple of days I'm sure that I will continue to use it for the foreseeable future. It certainly has the potential to become a top-notch 5 * app, but at this point it still suffers from a bunch of little bugs and quirks, like sometimes lacking access to my clipboard, main bar sometimes not immediately available, ... Nevertheless recommendable.

I've been using this app daily for years, but now they've put features like personalized notebook covers and custom note order behind the paywall in the span of weeks. Time to switch to a new journaling app. I also recently switched to a new phone and the sync wasn't smooth. I didn't lose any data but there were random duplicates of some of the notebooks and notes. Some of the fonts and formatting in the notes got wonky, too.

I really liked this app with the free version. Everything worked as described, it was fast with lots of options to personalize things the way I want. However after purchasing the paid subscription, the quality dropped significantly & there is no response from customer service, the knowledge base is confusing & impossible to search & many features no longer work. Very disappointed.
