worse App ive ever used - i inadvertently subscribed to 2 other apps because of popups and now I can't unsubscribe as they will not respond and I get an error message every time I try!! i will now get charged heavily because of the Alexa App - absolute scam!!! wouldn't even give it 1 star but cant post without a rating!!

while opening and trying to set up my app and add popped up talking about getting registered and I thought it was for alexa but it's superbowl something asking for my credit card info. it's confusing and miss leading to people who are wanting to set up your app.

All I get is ads trying to check me to download their program when all I want to do Is get my standalone alexa functional. i'm ready to send it back. And I still don't have it connected to the internet. As someone who's used alexa for many years, this is beyond infuriating
