Ratings and reviews

I have problem that when i choose my character in Europe at server CET-S163 with a Lvl 500 character, always saying:"The server you have chosen is currently full. Choose a recommended server to play the game." Which is not with my character with the lvl 500 (means that i have to play from scratch). That's very sad 😢. I need a solution! (I have screenshots also) #ServerProblem #WastingTime

If I could give it no stars,I would. It either keeps freezing or just crashes. I want to leave a good review, but the issues make it hard. I get a login failed message at the select role screen. If I do finally manage to get logged in, i'll get a status exception and have to start all over again. I shouldn't have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the game from either Play Store or official site to get a stable game client. Customer service is lacking.

To many bugs ,it is said that spending money makes playing game easier it does in most aspect except leveling up people with same level as me are leveling up every second day I need three days even though I am spending. Game makers should look into it and game is very expensive
