Ratings and reviews

I have one more than 24-hour pending transaction. My money is not refunded yet, nor the transaction becomes successful. The app needs to be fixed soon, or else people will leave LinkAja. Contacting customer service is cumbersome and not helpful. No wonder if its rating is below 4.

I just tried to relogin in my new cellphone but its always failed. The system sent the otp number to wrong email addres which is doesnt mine. Ive try to livechat but it answered by robot and cant solve the problem. There is no CS number or email to reach out and help. Very bad. Dont use this e money anymore.

I have read that many people are disappointed with Linkaja's services, and it turns out I have also experienced this myself. I bought credit by deducting my Linkaja balance and apparently no credit went to my number. Customer service is only answered by machines, there is no solution at all.
