The CMTPL Assistant application allows you to:
- Issue a notification of an accident in the form of an electronic document and send it to the automated information system of compulsory insurance, from where it will be available to the insurer.
- Carry out automatic fixation of the accident location based on location data for issuing an accident notification
- Take photographs of the relative position of vehicles and their damage with geotags of the accident site. Photos can be transferred to the insurer through the specified information system. It is possible to take photographs and transfer photographs without issuing a notification of an accident in electronic form.
To use the application, you must have a confirmed account on the "State Services" portal, otherwise the application will not work.

Невозможно добавить новый полис. Точнее, он добавляется, но не проверяется. Постоянно пишет "сервис временно недоступен".

Проверьте, установлена ли последняя версия приложения, повторно осуществите вход в приложение с учетной записью от Госуслуг.
Если у Вас есть оформленные электронные извещения или фотофиксации, отдельно сохраните их номера - после повторного входа эти данные не сохранятся.

Нет возможности добавить новый полис. Постоянно выдаёт: сервис не доступен.

Пользовался данным приложением не один год (в плане добавления/изменения полиса ОСАГО). В этом году - просто беда. С начала ноября пытаюсь добавить новый полис ОСАГО, при нажатии на кнопку "Проверка полиса" всё время выдаёт "Сервис временно недоступен". И так вот уже на протяжении 2-х недель. 02.11.2022 писал обращение в службу поддержки на соответствующий электронный адрес - ни ответа, ни привета... Разработчики приложения, ну проверьте вы его работоспособность!!!
