I lost the access to my castle again. This is happening everytime I change my phone. I already logged a complaint. Till now there has been no reply from the customer care. I have invested money in the game and very poor service. The support team is not bothered at all.

This game is almost ok, but few things needed to b fixed. 1. In the summon, please add a custom option where we can select a hero and get that one only after the set number of summons, be it for legendary or epic summons. 2. Also, the ratio of resources used up for construction is too high as compared to the maximum possible collection. Please see to it.

This game is the same in every way to other games like. Upgrade the castle, the barracks, the archers, the stables, the library, the walls, then march to kill progressively more difficult enemies (meaning you need to upgrade buildings more) and the time it takes is longer and longer. Your clan helps you, you help your clan all with the click of a button. For me, at least, every ad for similar games are not similar, they're identical with different names.
