Hello I paid for Brain Games on my mums Samsung phone the yearly subscription to help with her memory she paid £19.45 in January and she is now getting adverts and I can't work out why or how to stop them. This is not great at all considering the app is meant to help her brain not cause further confusion and stress. Please can you help?

I've been doom scrolling lately and decided to try this app. I recommend this app to anyone doing that's been doing the same. Sharpen your brains instead of dulling it.

The puzzles are good. But the ad is coming in between the gameplay screen. There are additional adds shown, one in the bottom and other in the lower middle of the screen. And to remove that ad we need to exit the game. Please fix this. The gameplay is good and challenges are fun. I can bear ads, but not if they intervene in the gameplay.
