Absolutely skam, I've been playing for few weeks, deposit via PayPal, finally won some money and went to withdraw it through PayPal, it says can't withdraw use the same account for deposit. Trying to contact them and no response just the usual automated system, waiting in the queue and after few minutes it says you disconnected altho I'm still connected. Avoid this site and app. Just want to get my winnings and close the account. Already spent 9 hours on waiting list live chat help line.

It won't let me withdraw my money!!!! I want to withdraw through PayPal, it says, I have to use the same payment method. I have only used PayPal, I want my money. The email address is useless, it sent me a message to say, I won't get a response!!!! The bot is so annoying 😑 EDIT- So I had a response, clicked the link and it takes you to the same place. There is no online chat, no email, no phone number. I will have to take this somewhere else.

I have updated my preferred email address over 2 years ago I recently tried to make a withdraw and it was sent to the email I no longer use the gentleman corrected the problem and was very helpful, then It happened again and I got a agent called Ezra and she was HORRIBLE in no way shape or form did she try to help me and sent me a email address that doesn't work to get more help and promptly disconnected, and then the THIRD TIME the gentleman was super helpful and fixed the problem!
