Ratings and reviews

Beware, malfunctions in the app can severely limit the functionality of the Car sharing functionality. Due to problems with the app I have not been able to share my car for 3 weeks, one of the main reasons why I got it in the first place. And if the app is not working the (otherwise cery helpful) people at Lynk can't make any workaround. When the app is so central to the car experience, it's crazy how they allow it to be this bad.

I haven't used the sharing feature so this review is not based on that. The app is garbage. The start screen should be "my car" and not the assistant. A lot of the time the car info does not update or doesn't load at all without restarting the app. It would be nice if you could see how many kilometres you have remaining for the current month and year. Charging schedule is missing. Unlock/lock rarely works. Can't access driving journal even though it's an option in the car.

I am really sorry for this app. When needed things don't work. I don't know where my car is parked by the borrower. So I reinstalled the app. Now it don't allow me to login and says to contact support centre which only works 5 days a week. There is no way to contact them in weekend. Now I can't login and do not know where my car is.
