Horrible UX. I had given 1 star to prev app, but this one is worse. I want to give it more 1 star ratings. I open the app, there's an ad. The X button doesn't work. Need to press continue. Then I press QR code, which takes another 5 seconds to load. And this is happening with many people, causing chaos and queue at turnstile exit. Horrible experience.

After the database migration and/or app migration, I wasn't able to log in to the system using my email that contained a +. I sent a support ticket, and the support team got back to me with an email saying they had adjusted my email to something that worked. However, I couldn't use that email either. I'd like to continue using the app, and I'm sure the engineering team is drowning in work now, but I do hope there can be a remedy soon.

LEAST rewarding mall membership in SG. To get $2 carpark credit you need to spend $2,000. Changed to new app but still the same 0.1% reward ratio. New UI is worse, unreadably tiny white font on yellow/orange background for Rewards and Events and same tiny font across entire app.
