Lousy experience! Unable to login via Gmail, had to reset pw. Finally in, and was smooth until I had to pay. Kept prompting something is wrong. On hindsight, it's right - the something wrong refers to the app. Old app, new app, even online had the same issue. Gave up, in the end I cooked instead as it's less of a hassle than ordering from pizza hut.

Horrible UI. If you want to change a selection that you placed incorrectly or changed your mind, it doesn't allow you to delete it. Quitting the app doesn't reset. No wonder it's losing customer base

Extremely buggy app, I can't choose the branch to place my order. On my wife's android, the credit card payment is very slow and cannot work. Absolutely unacceptable.
