It's my second round through the game and I bought pool cleaners that are no longer showing up. It wants me to now watch a video to get them but when I go to the store it says Sold Out. Thanks a lot EA. I would've paid for the no ads version too, I have twice before on other devices. But now I'm uninstalling. Edit: it's even happening with the lawn mowers and the game is suddenly very glitchy. If you're not going to keep your game updated and running smoothly take it out of the play store.

This is a hit and miss. There are a lot of ads, but I had played this game when I was younger and loved it, and it was advertised as "offline" so, I got it. Yet, at least in my experience, didn't work at all offline. It stayed on the black screen for 10 minutes, not loading whatsoever, so if you are going to play online and don't mind ads, then this is your game.

I love Plants vs Zombies! I'm a horticulturist, what's not to love. I've bought this game like 6 or 7 times over the years... I just figured out the problem with the ads, sharing here. Play through the ads until you get to 'Night level 7'. Once completed, you with see a car key on the Main screen labeled 'Shop'. Tap 'remove ads'... From there you can restore your ad free copy, or buy it sans ads for a paultry $2.99. best deal on the web! This is my favorite (only) game. Way to go EA!
