Ratings and reviews

I lost the access to my castle again. This is happening everytime I change my phone. I already logged a complaint. Till now there has been no reply from the customer care. I have invested money in the game and very poor service. The support team is not bothered at all.

This game is almost ok, but few things needed to b fixed. 1. In the summon, please add a custom option where we can select a hero and get that one only after the set number of summons, be it for legendary or epic summons. 2. Also, the ratio of resources used up for construction is too high as compared to the maximum possible collection. Please see to it.

New heros are not added in the hero fragment chest after the hero's celestial event is over. Too many heros and very less universal fragments source isn't helping in growth in the game
