Please help I am getting texts of not paying but I can not get into the app it keeps telling me that I have reached the limit on OTP request yet its twice and still the OTP does not come through.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the same yet nothing changes. Worse is that the agents call and do not text to say where they are from and send texts to contacts on my phone book it is clearly not a good thing. Please help I'd like to sort out my loan and see ehst others are pending.

They have not stated where their offices are, nor their registration certificates
