HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Book video or audio-only appointments with a range of clinicians at a time of your choice
• Prescribing clinicians can send an electronic prescription straight to the UK pharmacy of your choice or choose same day delivery in London


GP AT HAND - GET FREE, 24/7 ACCESS TO NHS CLINICIANS
GP at Hand patients can book video appointments with a range of NHS clinicians, including GPs and physiotherapists. Appointments are free, available 24/7 and you can choose a time that suits you. In-person appointments are also available at our London clinics.

To register you will need to switch from your current GP practice. Once an application is made, a registration period will apply before you are able to access the service.


BUPA MEMBERS
If you have BUPA private medical insurance, you can speak to a clinician via the Babylon app for free. Just enter your BUPA membership code when registering.


SAFETY
Your data is always safe. We’re regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our doctor appointment services in the UK. Our clinicians are experienced and our doctors are GMC registered. We take data security extremely seriously and we are compliant with ISO 27001 as well as adopting robust safeguarding measures to protect all medical records and personal data.

DO NOT USE!! Been using Babylon for years and liked it. Easy access to appts, instantly reorder prescriptions, easy access to medical records etc, made life easy. Since the switch to Emed, it's clear that it's profit over patient care. I was switched to private membership without asking to be or being notified! Care for NHS patients is subpar at best. Support line no longer 24/7 unless you pay!! Repeatedly asking for records, they say they will send, but still nothing months later! DISGUSTING!!

I have been on the app since it was called Babylon. And although, it wasn't perfect, it was actually decent, and much easier to book appointment than most GP in London. Since the name change (and the buy out) things have been gradually getting worse and worse ( at least 2 weeks waiting to get a simple phone appointment) cancelling appointment at the last minutes, and my personal favourite, that has happened 3 times already:saying that you missed the appointment when you are in fact connected.

Struggle to get appointments in a timely manner, and chat and feedback doesn't work. When I was unable to get an appointment in reasonable time do discuss pain management, there were nothing for two weeks. When I then tried to use the chat to see if there were any alternatives, it repeatedly gave an error message. When I submitted a message on the website, it failed to give any acknowledgement. When I then tried to submit a review on the website, it repeatedly gave internal server errors.
