The MCA App (Marcantonini Concrete Assistance) was developed to allow the plant operators to perform an assistance call by a push notification.
Operations for the customer:
âĸLog in by username and password provided by the supplier
âĸOnce logged in, it is possible to choose between enquiries to Assistance Department or Spare Parts Service
âĸBy sending the enquiry, you will get an autoreply waiting for the first available operator to perform the assistance/service session.
âĸThe operators answer in the chat room, where it is possible to exchange messages and pictures
âĸOnce the assistance session is completed, the system generates a summary report email with information on the duration of the session, the issues involved and their fixes or other steps required.
âĸThe chat sessions remain available for future perusal by the operators of both sides.
Operations by the supplier:
âĸConfiguration of Accounts (customer, plant and related settings).
âĸGenerate more users for every account.
âĸConfiguration of different languages for every user or account.
âĸManaging the shifts of the operators involved.
âĸCheck the assistance sessions history.
âĸManaging the spare parts enquiries.
âĸManaging the Assistance and Service contracts.
âĸPossibility of generating automatic emails for reporting or invoicing purposes.
The MCA App is deliberately simple and user friendly, allowing the users to reach the supplier operators anytime from everywhere. No traditional software platforms are required, avoiding installation issues and platforms not always reliable for these purposes.
