"Dawmt" smart HRM Solution supports any organization to start the journey of digital transformation in HR operations, to increase the productivity of its employees and reduce costs
" Dawmt " Solution is on a cloud based with affordable monthly/annual subscription and without the need to use any attendance biometric devices, instead the employee will use " Dawmt " application in order to record attendance in the workplace (using Geo-Fencing, Geo-Tagged, Selfie).
Dawmt Solution contains several modules (Attendance, Leaves, Payroll, Assets, Training, Disciplinary, Appraisal, Survey, project management, Shifts, HR Core, Costing, Recruitment...) and tens of valuable reports and Analysis.
Dawmt Application for Employee self-service is the most comprehensive application in the region because it supports more than 100 functions such as:
- Apply/withdraw all leaves Types, Attach the medical report, and checking the balances
- Send Work reports from locations (with photos)
- Provide justifications or excuse for abnormal attendance
- Insert records for Work from Home
- Receive company notifications
- View all the details of the attendance records history (monthly and daily)
- View history of all leaves requests and its status
- View the annual company holidays
- Set time for attendance reminder
- Handle all team requests (leaves, Excuses, overtime, training, ....)
- Review the reports sent by the team
- View the team daily attendance transactions
