About this App-
M-Seal Masters Club App offers rewards to Plumbing Contractors and Plumbers using M-Seal range of products.
MMC App is designed by your trusted partner in plumbing – M-Seal & it provides a platform to earn rewards, gain knowledge and connect with your peers around you.
This app is created to empower and enable our users to implement best plumbing solution and gain benefits.
Following are the key steps in availing the benefits:
Register:
You can register yourself by first downloading & installing the M-Seal Masters Club app. Fill in the necessary details to become eligible for the Master Rewards Program
KYC:
To be able to claim rewards and benefits, KYC needs to be completed. You can simply complete your KYC by going to the ‘KYC’ tab on the dashboard. M-Seal team member will connect with you to verify all required documents.
Please note, without KYC, member will not be able to redeem or claim any benefits on the Master rewards program.
Scan & Earn:
All products under Master Rewards program of MMC have a QR code printed on the pack which is masked. Scratch the code and scan it via MMC app. The points will be automatically added to your membership account.
Also, there is an alpha numeric code mentioned in case the phone camera is not able to scan the QR code. You can SMS the code to the number provided on the pack or reach us at _____ where our executive will help register the points.
Redemption:
Only post completion and verification of the KYC, the user will be eligible to claim the rewards & benefits as mentioned in the MMC app (based on the points & eligibility). Higher points collected, bigger the reward.
