I dont understand why they would force everyone to use a version of their app that clearly was not ready to launch. It does not work and i havent been able to log in without it crashing since the change. A lot of people are living check to check and need to see their balance frequently. I hope they made it usable soon, or go back to the old one until the new version is functional.

This crashes all the time. Not user-friendly. Pending transactions and amt.avail timing is off. Hate this new app. I can't even log in over half the time. App frequently won't open. Then you get failed attempt messages. Does NOT show all transactions in real time. Penfing transactions and holds do not show up. Beware available balance is not in real time. This app way worse than old one.

The app needs to be more up-to-date with some of the larger institutions. there's a lot of things that you cannot do on this app. also, the app and the institution needs to be able to connect to Chime and also Green Light
