Welcome to the Digital Health Super App!

Connect all your health in the app, your vaccination card, your SUS card data, your health history, medicines and medications, emergency health button, family module and much more.

This app is made for all people to connect their Health and the Health of their family. Be attended by SUS or with a health plan. One of the functions is to connect with health teams.

This app is for personal use, and does not replace Conecta SUS citizen or any other app of the Ministry of Health, this app does not yet allow access to dispensed vaccines, as well as the SUS card as an official document.

Our super health app, arrives at an important era for us to have our digital health (e-health), let's list some important functions:

Health Extract - We also call it "Health Banking", where all health activities will be organized in a simple way, such as: Medical Prescription, Medical Certificate, Exam Request, Exam Results, Appointment / Exam Scheduling, Sports practice and physical activity .

Medicines - here you can see the entire list of medicines you want to control for your health.

Vaccines - digital vaccine card, is for personal control only, it does not automatically connect with SI-PNI or ConectaSUS yet. In any case, the function includes the entire national Immunization calendar, grouped into Categories: Child Vaccine, Adolescent Vaccine, Adult Vaccine and Elderly Vaccine. Some vaccines according to the vaccination schedule: BCG, Hepatitis B, Pentavalent DTP, Pneumococcal, VIP/VOP, Rotavirus, Meningococcal C, Meningococcal ACWY, Yellow Fever, HPV, and Dual Adult. Are contemplated: 1st dose, 2nd dose, booster dose or single dose.

Emergency button - it is possible to register up to 3 nearby contacts to receive SMS in case of any health emergency, they will be notified.

Conversations - here you can connect with the healthcare team, which could be your Community Health Agent (CHA), Nurse, Family Doctor, Specialist Physician, or any healthcare team that takes care of you.

In the My Health module, you have your unique registration valid through your CPF, it is also possible to add the unique registration of each family member through the CPF of each one. In this module you can indicate different health conditions to improve your experience using the app, such as:
Arterial Hypertension, Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, LADA diabetes - Adult Autoimmune Latent, Gestational Diabetes, Had Stroke or Stroke (Ischemic or Hemorrhagic), High Cholesterol, Had a heart attack, Tuberculosis, Respiratory disease, Heart disease, Physical activity, High stress, Depression, Eating disorder, Had or Have Cancer, being the types: Bladder Cancer, Mouth Cancer, Esophageal Cancer, Stomach Cancer, Liver Cancer, Intestine Cancer, Laryngeal Cancer, Breast Cancer, Ovarian Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, Melanoma Skin Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Lung Cancer, Cervical Cancer, Childhood and Youth Cancer, Leukemia, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and other types of Cancer.
