Bom dia. It was 5 stars , no problem with the app , suddenly yesterday they updated the app, I don't have access to my account, such an inconvenient issue. I hope they will fix the "bug" soon. I am here to make awareness about the issue. The fixed issue was taken care of by going to the bank, so it was inconvenient but fixed. ●Now in July 2024 I can't pay the credit card, it's pushing me out of the app when I try to do it.

Terrible app. Since the 'major update' it has been impossible to access my accounts using this app, on any platform, on multiple devices. It should be a major embarrassment to the bank that its customers are unable to interact with their accounts. It is certainly difficult for the in-branch staff to defend such a shockingly badly written app that seems to have been rolled out with no testing. Enough to make me want to change banks.

Totally useless app. It opens, but as soon as you try and do anything it hangs. I've been forced to install it because it is now required to validate online credit card purchases. The old system was to send a verification code via SMS, which worked. Verifying in the app doesn't work at all, and has hung up everytime I've tried. Thanks to this I now can't use my card online. Worse than useless. This app actually STOPS you doing things!!
