The TopCard Security App is your secure and comfortable gateway to our digital services, such as the TopCard Portal and the TopCard Mobile App.

This is how easy it is:
• TopCard Portal: Open the login page, scan the QR code with the Security App and enter the PIN to securely log in to the TopCard Portal.
• Mobile App: Start the Mobile App, enter the PIN – done!

• The Security App is protected by a password (PIN) of your choice, even if you should lose the smartphone.
• The Security App generates and validates a new security code (one-time password) each time you log in to the Web Portal or Mobile App.
• We keep the Security App up to date in order to offer you optimum protection with two-factor authentication at all times.

How to activate the app:
• Load the "TopCard Security App" on your smartphone
• Start the app and follow the instructions to activate it

• TopCard Credit Card or Prepaid Card
• Device with Android 8.1 or higher
• Rooted devices are not supported

This app is a total disaster. It does not allow me to pay online. It crashes very very often. It is not acceptable that I must use such an app to make online payments.

4th time I call the help center because I can't validate the activation! Managed once, months later I changed my phone so I had to do the whole process again and now it's not working again. I was told it was all in order now and that I could reinstall the app and do the validation process but nope. Still not working. And of course, you need this to work even of you want to check your card via a PC. Not helpful at all. This is the worst card/bank/account management app ever. Really.

If I could give it 0 stars I would To sum it up, this app is SO BAD that I will probably change my credit card to a provider that doesn't work with Topcard. Some points : 1. I asked for the registration letter. I open the app, fill in the info (date of birth etc). The app tells me the activation code has been sent (I know, I have it!) but won't let me scan it! So frustrating, I have tried multiple times already. 2. The option to scan your card doesn't work (I gave permission) 3. ...
