Note: Due to restrictions in Android 10 and newer versions, there is a 5-second timeout for call confirmations.

This is a good app but I have the same experience as another reviewer from 1.5 years back. Even if I immediately cancel the call the phone that I have called rings once and it does show that I called the number. As the previous reviewer noted that counts as pocket dialing. If there's a setting to solve this problem I'd love to hear about it!

Be Sure to Enable "Nearby Devices" Permission for This App. After years of using this app with no difficulty I ran into a problem when calling with a bluetooth device, such as my Pixel Buds and my automobile's voice command system. On the Call Confirmation settings page the "Bluetooth connected" setting was grayed out. The solution was to go into the Android app settings and give this app "Nearby Devices" privilege. Now it works perfectly.

It is now about two weeks since I installed Call Confirmation. I was looking to replace the app which I had for a while but lately had not been working well. I am very happy to say that this app is by far an excellent app to prevent accidental calls. It works really great. It has worked perfectly every single time and I cannot be happier. I recommend this very highly. 5-stars plus!!
