On average the experts "lose connection" over 4 times per daily usage. Super frustrating. Apparently they can just claim to "lose connection" if they don't know how to answer your question or don't want to and they don't get penalized for it. Not worth the money for how often they "lose connection". Also, even if they actually do lose connection there needs to be an instant reupload instead of making us retype everything and take another screenshot of what we need help with.

It was working great at first (used it about 10 times), every tutor was helping but now all the pictures/graphics of the math equations or explanations are not appearing as the tutor tries to explain the problem. I've done the same problem three times and all three times it was not working.

It would be nice if the app didn't keep having messages that say I gained a study session when I didn't. It also would help if I didn't have to log out to gain a new study session. But, its still very helpful!
