This app gives the user all kinds of issues. There are times where it works great but other times, it wont do anything. When viewing the schedule, it cuts off on the end so you only see the first two or three numbers of the total hours for the week. You cant print anything, only half of the print screen shows up. The app itself takes a long time to load anything, which is a problem. Oh. Theres also the "youre not logged into sap" error, when you clearly are logged in.

It started with me not being able to get into my portal to see my schedule because somehow someone changed my password. Then when I went to retrieve it via answering my security questions, there answers were changed to. So I logged off and closed the app. After I reopened I tried to log in and all of a sudden now the app doesn't know my password to it! So I try to recover it by "forget password" and got "check email" but nothing was ever sent. I did this 3 times.

I've been with Brookshires for a little over 8 months now and I'm still having the same issue as I've had since the start; reliability. I won't even logout of my account now because every I attempt to do the additional sign in to check my paystubs and schedule, the system repeats the same message that they're currently unable to verify my information. In addition to the horrible time for loading and processing, the Username/password recovery needs a MASSIVE overall; 1/10 would never use this app
