You guys should add NIN option for Nigerians! Is not everyone that has a Driver's license or Passport most of us have Our Plastic NIN only make the option available too

The only means of identification you accept is passport and driving license.. My national ID is not accepted, so I can't use the app? That's bad

To be honest, they are really trying. Their customer care representative replies in some minutes, and there was a day, I called them up-to 4 times that day, and all my issues were solved without any form of displeasure. The only reason I gave them a four star is because they've not find a way to get an euro account yet, which is very important and useful to me. I really hope they are able to get it before June.
