Confusing interface only showing 1 area at a time, but areas listed alphabetically? This makes it hard for tourists—just using the map would be better. Hard to tell at what point a tuktuk is actually booked—I thought I'd aborted but the booking happened. Also regularly seems to ask if you want to meet at the destination as well as the pick-up point, which is a little confusing. Not clear there's any way to give a tip in the app, but there SHOULD be!

I have no issues with the app. I just don't really have many use cases for the service. It's way more expensive than a bus but slightly cheaper than a taxi. Problem is it doesn't take you very far. If you are stuck at a bus station because there are no buses but you're like almost home then maybe. The use case is just very specific. Not only that the tuktuk's areas are just too short in distance that I don't really see the benefit to taking them unless I'm carrying something heavy.

Not efficient. Maybe too many people book the whole car for themselves regardless which makes it hard for the rest to get a ride on time. At times, the app will inform the car is 1-2mins away and suddenly, you see the direction of the car change and arrival time changed to 15 mins. That is a huge difference in wait time. You drop everything to get to the meeting point only to realise your car has been hijacked by someone else.
