Amazing rewards apps and accepts almost all my receipts that most other reward apps reject due to system errors like not picking up dates or items etc. The only thing I dislike is that you can't change the phone number you signed up with so if you get a new number it'll have to be a new account :/

It used to be ok except occasionally a perfectly valid receipt would be rejected. Lately however it's happening a lot more. Customer service say there's nothing they can do except report it. So I've just reached my £2 cash out threshold and claimed it and I'm now going to uninstall the app.

Very bad experience with this app. Even though you follow the terms and conditions, they still block your account eventually, especially if you scan receipts and ask for vouchers regularly, very disappointing. And if you ask why you were blocked, they just say the system detected something unusual . I asked for proof because I was 100% sure I did nothing wrong but got no more answers back. Don't waste your time!!!
