Your pricing doesn't make sense. It's way more than the value it adds to me. Especially when there are many free roster apps available. Your UI design features are good, but it's spoiled by bad senseless ads. If you rethink and make it cheaper to increase the paid user base that will be great for future of this app.

Update: the team has helped me immediately in sorting out the problem. Thank you. I have renewed my subscription today and unfortunately the app is not reflecting the same. I have received the confirmation email for the subscription and money was deducted from the account but the app is still showing that I'm not subscribed even when I select restore purchases. What can be done asap?

After several days, still the same error is coming, really bad App... Cannot renew the plan, any credit card I use, I get Error message. Very disappointed... After the complaint, the App gave me 1 month premium plan, that I really appreciate, but I still can't renew my subscription😔
