Like a lot of people say, watch the ads to get the server busy notification. I've actually raised a ticket with the support and they have told me that the app only starts running the server check after you've played the advertisement, now I understand a few lines of code could change this to not waste your time if the app knows the server is busy. I don't see why it would even be busy for two straight days now. It once was a great app, I don't know what happened in the last year or so. Sad end.

doesn't work with multi factor authentication as my airline just introduced. Invalid request on every update attempt.

Update: the team has helped me immediately in sorting out the problem. Thank you. I have renewed my subscription today and unfortunately the app is not reflecting the same. I have received the confirmation email for the subscription and money was deducted from the account but the app is still showing that I'm not subscribed even when I select restore purchases. What can be done asap?
