About this app
AEDC Mobile (Current Version 2.00) is a free Android Application by Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc (AEDC) to provide customers with the ability to manage account information and have visibility of their interactions with AEDC. The features in this version will be expanded upon in future releases of the application.
Current Features;
- Register an online account (account for accessing the mobile app)
- Verify your email address to activate your account
- Login after registration
- Link your customer account(s) to your online account
- View your transactions
- View your complaints
To Use the app, do the following
- Install the app
- Register an online account
- Verify your email
- Login
- Click on the Account tab
- Supply the contract number for an account to link
- Save, and the account is linked
- Click on Transaction, select one of the linked accounts to view the transaction details
- Click on Complaints, select one of the linked accounts to view the complaint details
