Allsec Smartpay Mobile Services is an unified App and an extended feature of Smartpay Employee Self Service (ESS) portal that helps employees to access their Payroll Information on the move. Features & functionality of ESS are limited in this delivery channel. Access to this service is provided based on the HRO solution offered as part of our services to your employer.
Mobile App functionality may vary depending on the modules configured according to your employer and based on your role or access levels.

• View Tax computation details
• View Salary Structure
• Submit Tax Investments
• View User profile
• View Leave Calendar and Leave balances
• Apply and Approve Leave
• Apply and Approve attendance corrections
• Facility to Raise queries
Safety:
• Restricted access using unique ID & credentials
• Encryption of data for integrity and to protect against any risk
• Personal or Sensitive Information are not stored or cached in the device
• User idle time-out forces users to terminate their sessions and re-login after a period of inactivity

From last 6 days i cant use this application after update. Also i had a email for this issue but no one reply me on my problem.

Very worst app, when I used forgot password option it asks me to enter old password, if I knew the old password why would I use forgot password option. You are providing temporary password, but before allowing me to enter the app you are asking to reset password with old and new password, what is the use in providing temporary password here? I don't know the old password, can't enter the app now.

Hi, We are sorry that you faced an issue. As part of infosec practices its recommended to change system generated password by the users during the login. pls use temporary password that you received as your old password and reset the password. Too slow when compare to IoS app. If click on the options it's responding slowly. Need to fix this ASAP.
