I very much would like to start using these for what I bought them for, but every time I try to start the hearing test the app crashes. I'v installed the app on 3 separate devices (2 tablets and a phone) and get the same results with each one. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling with no luck, either. Little help?

These headphones are, for me, very hard to set up.appart from the original set up already installed I can't get any other features. After having 3 visits from my supplier to set it up correctly I am too afraid to try to try to install any features in case I do something wrong and then need someone to get it fixed again

Unable to connect to my nokia 7 plus. Used to be able to connect to my iPhone 6s. edit: have finally managed to connect it by soft reset. However the app is still a bit glitchy. When I first started it the app kept freezing. I forced stopped and emptied cache, on and off the Bluetooth and it seems to work. The firmware is being updated. Will continue to update if there are other issues.
